Maintain can automate drafts for new-product content and missing image alt text after product updates; enabled automation can publish automatically after you opt in.
Is Lumi a complete accessibility solution?
No. Lumi can surface selected automated storefront findings and help teams improve product-image alt text. It does not certify accessibility, and manual and technical review are still required.
Can clients review content before it goes live?
Content batches you start always create drafts for review. Maintain can generate selected new-product content and missing image alt text after product updates. Enabled Maintain automation can publish automatically. Turn it on only for content you want published without prior review.
Can an agency manage every client store from one Lumi account?
No. Each client store uses its own Lumi installation and plan. Lumi does not currently provide a cross-store agency dashboard or a plan shared across stores.

Confirm the client’s Lumi plan, selected fields, image count, and credit budget. Plans and credits are not pooled across client stores. Lumi does not provide a cross-store agency console.

Agree on source facts, tone guidance, reviewer, and publishing responsibility. Keep automation off when client approval is required before every update. Record checked product URLs and outstanding exceptions.
Deliver supported records
Provide the public sample scope, approved field list, Shopify verification notes, and eligible-plan completed-alt-text CSV records. Generation history and alt-text exports are different; neither is a full-store compliance certificate or an export of every field change.
