Program terms
- Commission
- 20% recurring on qualifying subscription revenue from referred stores, for as long as they stay subscribed.
- Attribution window
- 60 days from the merchant's click on your referral link.
- Payouts
- Net60 with a $50 minimum balance, by PayPal or bank transfer.
- Cancellations
- If a referred store cancels, commission stops for that store. You keep what was already paid.
- Reversals
- Commissions can be reversed or withheld for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud.
- Cost to join
- Free. Same rate and payout terms as the agency partner program.
Promotion rules
- Disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend Lumi.
- Don't send spam or unsolicited bulk email with your link.
- Don't bid on Lumi brand terms in paid search or pose as Lumi.
- Don't make claims Lumi doesn't support, such as guaranteed rankings or accessibility compliance.
- Referring your own store, or stores you own or control, doesn't earn commission.
We may close accounts or withhold commission for abuse of these rules. The full partner program terms are in section 9 of the terms of service.

Who can join?
Anyone: creators, consultants, freelancers, Shopify experts, and merchants who like Lumi. Agencies that want to build client services around Lumi can also read the agency partner program.
How are referred installs credited to me?
Your link sends merchants to Lumi's Shopify App Store listing tagged with your partner ID. We match installs from that traffic to your account within the 60-day window, and credited stores and commissions appear under Commissions in your dashboard. If a merchant tells you they installed through you but it doesn't show up, email lumi@configurate.com with their .myshopify.com domain.
Which purchases earn commission?
Qualifying subscription revenue that a referred store pays for Lumi through Shopify billing. The Free plan doesn't earn commission because it has no revenue.
How do I get paid?
Once your approved balance reaches $50, we pay Net60 by PayPal or bank transfer. Email lumi@configurate.com from your partner account email with your payout details.
Is the affiliate program different from the agency partner program?
The commission, attribution, and payout terms are the same. The affiliate program is open to anyone and you can start right away. The agency program adds onboarding and support for agencies that run Lumi for client stores.
