Restore and export published changes
Lumi saves what was there before it publishes. You can restore the previous value of eligible changes and export a record of what went live.
Where to find it
Published changes lists what Lumi published, with before and after values where they were saved. Records shows each run's drafted, published, and failed counts.
Restore an eligible change
Preview the previous Shopify value, then restore it individually or by run.
When a restore is available
Lumi saved a previous value, and the field in Shopify still matches what Lumi published.
When it isn't
No previous value was saved, someone edited the field after Lumi published, or a newer publication replaced it. Lumi won't overwrite a later edit.
After restoring
Check the field in Shopify admin. To publish new content again, create a new draft.
Export a record
Useful for client reporting and internal records.
Published changes CSV (every plan)
Exports changes published through Lumi, with before and after values where Lumi saved them.
Completed alt-text fixes CSV (paid plans)
A dedicated record of completed alt-text fixes, available on One-Time Cleanup and Maintain.
What exports don't cover
Changes made outside Lumi. Exports are work records, not accessibility certificates.
Lumi help questions
Does uninstalling Lumi undo my changes?
No. Published content stays in your Shopify fields after uninstall. Restore anything you want reverted before you uninstall.
Can I see older drafts before publishing?
Yes. Every plan includes regeneration draft history: step through saved versions with Previous draft and Next draft. Viewing a draft doesn't publish or restore anything.
Publish with a way back
Every plan saves the previous value of eligible changes.
