Review selected Shopify products before publishing

1. Choose products you can verify
Open the connected catalog in Lumi and select the matching products. Compare names, variants, and images with Shopify. Prioritize missing buying information or recent launches; set aside products with unresolved supplier facts. A public scan finding is a starting clue, not an automatic product selection.
2. Select only the fields that need work
Separate an empty field from wording that needs improvement. Choose descriptions or product-image alt text on any plan; SEO titles and descriptions require an eligible paid plan. Check the exact images, selected product count, plan batch limit, and credit estimate. Keep useful existing fields out of the selection.
3. Generate with confirmed context
Check product details, images, and any eligible brand or language settings before starting. Correct uncertain specifications first. Keep optional auto-apply off for this walkthrough. When generation finishes, check which drafts succeeded and which items failed or still need attention; generation alone does not mean publication.
4. Review every selected draft
Read each description against the source facts: material, dimensions, ingredients, care, compatibility, and package contents where relevant. Match alt text to the exact image. Read SEO title and description pairs together for specificity and repeated wording. Edit unsupported claims, regenerate when available, or leave the draft unpublished.
5. Publish approved updates
Confirm the products and fields once more, then publish only the reviewed drafts. Inspect each outcome and keep failed or pending items on a follow-up list. Do not assume that publishing a group updated every selected field, or retry an uncertain item before checking its current Shopify value.
6. Verify the Shopify result
Reopen each product in Shopify admin and compare its saved description and search-listing fields with the approved draft. Open the matching image or file to check alt text. View the storefront on mobile for formatting and check public title and meta-description output. Google may choose different search text. Record checked URLs and exceptions before starting the next batch.
