Does Lumi publish automatically?
Review-before-publish is the standard workflow. Eligible plans offer optional auto-apply for selected workflows.
Can I edit the drafts?
Yes. You can edit, regenerate, publish, or set aside any draft. You can work on any item, even if Lumi did not flag it.
Does Lumi update Shopify directly?
Yes. Approved content goes to the matching Shopify product or image field, without spreadsheets or copy-and-paste. Each run records products included, drafts created, and updates published. Eligible paid plans can export completed alt-text fix records as a CSV. Run history is not a field-level audit log and cannot roll back changes.
What does the free scan check?
The free scan checks a limited sample of reachable public storefront pages. It can surface content gaps in that sample, but does not inspect every product or private Shopify field. Install Lumi to work with your catalog inside Shopify.
What happens if I uninstall?
Content already published to Shopify stays in your catalog.
What can I do on the free plan?
Start with 100 monthly credits for product descriptions and image alt text, plus counts of missing SEO fields. Paid plans can add SEO drafts, brand voice settings, larger batches, scheduled scans, and automation options.
Does Lumi manage Shopify Markets translations?
No. Drafts in 17 languages are available on eligible paid plans, with one language selected at a time. Lumi does not maintain separate localized versions of a product or manage Shopify Markets translations.
Does Lumi guarantee SEO rankings or accessibility compliance?
No. Generated content cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or legal compliance. Lumi helps you review and improve supported product fields. Alt text is one part of a broader accessibility review.
